Bookings

A booking is confirmed after the deposit (30%) is paid and tickets are issued. The balance is due 45 days before departure.

Cancellations up to 30 days before departure are refunded at 70% of the amount paid, minus supplier fees. After that, each operator's rules apply.

One change is allowed, with a US$ 50 admin fee, subject to airline policy.

Elisabaite acts as a travel agent. Flight delays and weather events follow the airline and aviation authority rules.
